We will begin Chapter 15 in math on Friday, March 23. It is titled “Using Money”. The vocabulary words are: greater than, less than, change, nickel, dime, and quarter. We will be studying Chapter 16 “Time and Calendar” after we finish our chapters on money. The vocabulary words for this chapter are:  seconds, minute, hour, half-hour, minute hand, hour hand, quarter-hour, and calendar.  

Right now we are studying about America long ago. Our next social studies chapter is called “Celebrating America”.  Our vocabulary words for this chapter are: Capitol Building, Congress, White House, holiday, and monument.
