The Mediapolis Elementary School is compiling a list of children that will enter Kindergarten/Transitional Kindergarten in August of 2023. Children must be 5 years old by September 15, 2023.
If your child plans to attend Kindergarten/Transitional Kindergarten in the Mediapolis School District please fill out the following information on the Google form linked below.
If you are unable to access the Google form, please contact the elementary office at 1-319-394-3101 extension 4 to provide the same information. We are asking that you complete the form by March 31st.
Kindergarten/Transitional Kindergarten Orientation will take place April 24 & 25th.
