Recently, the state released the new report card results for every school district in Iowa. Mediapolis is the only school district in SE Iowa to receive at least two commendable and a high-performing rating on the Iowa Performance Profile. This is a big celebration of our student's achievements and the hard work of our entire staff. As we continue to strive for the best results, we appreciate the support of our entire community. This week, several school board members and Superintendent Magliari attended the IASB Convention in Des Moines, Iowa, to learn about school board development and advocate for local and state policy. Topics of discussion included Attendance law, fully funding preschool, and AI policy and development. Mr. Magliari has also been selected to be on the AEA task force for the state, where he plans to advocate for rural schools to ensure partnerships remain intact to provide the best support for students across our state. #MEPOPride

📚🐾 Last week, our third graders showcased their learning from Module 1 in ELA with our younger students! 🐾📚 They held the first annual Bulldogs, Books, and Brew event! Our third graders shared the reading strategies bookmarks they created and read a story to our younger students.
