We dove deep into transformative strategies with the one and only Dr. Anthony Muhammad, renowned expert on school culture and author of *Transforming School Culture*. His session on "Cultures Built to Last" hit home—reminding us that fostering enduring, positive environments isn't just nice-to-have; it's the foundation for student success, teacher fulfillment, and schools that thrive for generations.
